Therapy for Anxiety & Depression
Anxiety and depression can feel overwhelming, isolating, and difficult to navigate alone. Therapy with me is a collaborative process that focuses on increasing self-awareness and understanding the ways past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns influence your current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I invite you to look beneath the surface, exploring the root causes of emotional struggles rather than just the immediate challenges.
In our work together, the therapeutic relationship itself becomes a valuable tool for insight and growth. Patterns that emerge in how you relate to others can reveal important clues about longstanding emotional dynamics. By bringing these patterns into conscious awareness, you gain the ability to make more intentional choices and break cycles that no longer serve you.
Psychodynamic therapy is often especially helpful for individuals dealing with recurring relationship issues, persistent feelings of emptiness or dissatisfaction, unresolved grief, or the lingering effects of early life experiences. It can also support those seeking personal growth, self-discovery, and a deeper sense of meaning in their lives.
The process is reflective and paced according to your unique needs. Together, we work to uncover and understand the “why” behind your experiences, creating the conditions for profound, lasting change. With greater self-understanding comes the freedom to respond to life’s challenges in new, more authentic ways — leading to improved relationships, enhanced emotional well-being, and a stronger sense of self.

Therapy for Substance Use & Process Addictions
Alcohol, drug, gambling, sex and other process addictions are often developed as ways of coping with overwhelming feelings. Some of these feeling may include powerlessness, resentment, fear, etc. In therapy we work to understand the deeper emotional dynamics beneath these behaviors in order to help you bring your life back to stability and driven by purpose. Together, we explore the underlying experiences and the coping patterns you developed that keep you stuck, helping you build greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, and a more connected relationship with yourself and others.
Whether you are struggling with substance use, compulsive behaviors, or the impact these patterns have had on your relationships and daily life, therapy offers a supportive space for reflection, accountability, and change. My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental and treatment goals are tailored to what recovery looks like for you.

Therapy for Relationship Issues
Relationship struggles can leave couples feeling disconnected, unheard, or stuck in painful patterns of conflict. In therapy, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where both partners can feel heard and understood. My work focuses on helping you and your partner identify and shift the patterns that keep you feeling disconnected or stuck in conflict. Together, we’ll explore the emotions, needs, and expectations that shape your relationship, with the goal of fostering deeper understanding and stronger emotional connection.
I help couples move beyond surface-level disagreements to address the underlying dynamics that often drive repeated arguments or distance. We’ll work on improving communication, building trust, and developing new ways to respond to each other with empathy and openness. When appropriate, I draw on principles from Emotionally Focused Therapy to guide you toward creating a more secure, supportive bond.
Whether you’re navigating a breach of trust, struggling with communication, adjusting to major life changes, or wanting to rekindle closeness, couples therapy offers a space to work together toward shared goals. My role is to facilitate honest, productive conversations and help you develop the tools and emotional safety needed to nurture your connection — not just in sessions, but in everyday life.

Therapy for Reunification
Reunification therapy with me is a structured, supportive process designed to help families heal and rebuild relationships after separation, conflict, or estrangement. I provide a safe, neutral environment where both children and parents can express their thoughts and emotions, feel heard, and begin to restore trust.
Drawing on evidence-based strategies and a compassionate, individualized approach, I work to identify the barriers that have contributed to disconnection while helping each family member develop healthy communication and coping skills. The process is collaborative, paced according to the needs of the child and family, and focused on fostering understanding, empathy, and stronger relational bonds.
Throughout reunification, I guide parents in learning practical tools for supporting their child’s emotional well-being while also addressing patterns and dynamics that may have contributed to previous conflict. My goal is to help families move toward reconciliation in a way that feels safe, structured, and emotionally attuned, setting the foundation for lasting, positive relationships.
