Individual Therapy
Individual therapy with me is a collaborative process that focuses on increasing self-awareness and understanding the ways past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns influence your current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I invite you to look beneath the surface, exploring the root causes of emotional struggles rather than just the immediate challenges.
In our work together, the therapeutic relationship itself becomes a valuable tool for insight and growth. Patterns that emerge in how you relate to others can reveal important clues about longstanding emotional dynamics. Adolescent therapy
Adolescent therapy provides a supportive space for teens to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. I work with teenagers to navigate the unique challenges of adolescence, including identity development, peer and family relationships, academic stress, mood changes, and coping with anxiety or depression.
My approach combines practical strategies to address immediate concerns with deeper exploration of the emotional and relational patterns that influence behavior and decision-making. Teens are encouraged to express themselves openly, develop healthy coping skills, and build resilience, all while feeling understood and supported.
In therapy, I partner with both the adolescent and their family when appropriate, helping families improve communication, strengthen trust, and foster positive connections at home. Every session is tailored to the teen’s individual needs, ensuring that therapy is both engaging and effective.

Couples Therapy
In couples therapy, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where both partners can feel heard and understood. My work focuses on helping you and your partner identify and shift the patterns that keep you feeling disconnected or stuck in conflict. Together, we’ll explore the emotions, needs, and expectations that shape your relationship, with the goal of fostering deeper understanding and stronger emotional connection.
I help couples move beyond surface-level disagreements to address the underlying dynamics that often drive repeated arguments or distance. We’ll work on improving communication, building trust, and developing new ways to respond to each other with empathy and openness. When appropriate, I draw on principles from Emotionally Focused Therapy to guide you toward creating a more secure, supportive bond.

Reunification Therapy
Reunification therapy with me is a structured, supportive process designed to help families heal and rebuild relationships after separation, conflict, or estrangement. I provide a safe, neutral environment where both children and parents can express their thoughts and emotions, feel heard, and begin to restore trust.
Drawing on evidence-based strategies and a compassionate, individualized approach, I work to identify the barriers that have contributed to disconnection while helping each family member develop healthy communication and coping skills. The process is collaborative, paced according to the needs of the child and family, and focused on fostering understanding, empathy, and stronger relational bonds.
Throughout reunification, I guide parents in learning practical tools for supporting their child’s emotional well-being while also addressing patterns and dynamics that may have contributed to previous conflict. My goal is to help families move toward reconciliation in a way that feels safe, structured, and emotionally attuned, setting the foundation for lasting, positive relationships.
